About the Role
We are hiring experienced ICU critical care nurses in Chennai for 24-hour home care services. The role involves managing critically ill patients with ventilator support and continuous monitoring in a home ICU setup.
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 monitoring of critical patients
- Providing emergency intervention if required
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously
- Manage ventilators, oxygen support, and ICU equipment
- Administer medications and follow treatment plans
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams
- Maintain patient records and ensure safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of ICU experience in a reputed hospital
- Experience in handling ventilators, monitors, and ICU equipment
- Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and patient monitoring
- Valid nursing qualification and registration
- Ability to manage emergency situations and patient care independently
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- ACLS/BLS certification is a plus
